Admission Process |

1. Complete the
Request for Enrollment form. This
application will be reviewed by the School Board to
determine preliminary acceptance into the school.
The enrollment fee must accompany the application.
(See fee schedule in this pamphlet. Fee refunded if
acceptance is denied)
2. After approval of the enrollment application, a
letter of reference from your pastor is required
stating your family’s church involvement and areas
of service.
3. All incoming students must submit a copy of their
immunization records and K-1st their birth
certificate.
